שליטה על מנועי צעד

שלום!
יש ברשותי מנוע צעד (דפי נתונים מצורפים בהמשך). הקוונטיזציה של סיבוב היא 7.5 מעלות. עכשיו יש לו 6 חיבורים.
תמיד בדוגמאות שרושמים על מנועי צעד שולטים על מנוע בעל 4 מצבים (זוויות שונות), בעזרת 6 כניסות (או 4). במנוע שלי יש 48 מצבים, אבל עדיין 6 חיבורים. עכשיו אני לא מבין איך ניתן לפרוס 48 מצבים בעזרת 6 החיבורים האלה? כלומר אם אני אחבר את 4 המוצאים של הבקר לרכיב דוחף הזרם ויזין לו במצב של FS את הסידרה 8,4,2,1 (הכול הקסהדצימלי) הרי הוא יסתובב בזויות של 0, 90, 180, 270 מעלות בהתאמה, ולא בקפיצות של 7.5 כפי שהוא צריך. אם כך איך ניתן לשייך את 48 המצבים ל6 רגלים בלבד (שהם למעשה פחות מכייון שעל כול רגל בנמוך יש לפחות רגל אחת בגבוהה, כלומר מספר הפרמוטציות קטן).

אבל אני אוודה אייתך ברשותך?

אם אני מבין נכון מימה שאתה כותב את מצפה להכניס ל ששת החוטים ערך בינרי כל שהוא ושהמנוע ידלג לזווית קבוע כל שהיא ?

אם כן כך לא עובד מנוע צעד.
מנוע צעד מקדם את עצמו בכל פעם ב 7.5 מעלות (במיקרה שלך ) כאשר למען הקלות ניסתכל על מנוע בעל 4 חוטים


בהדגמה ניראה כאילו המנוע נע בכל פעם 90 מעלות אך בפועל בכל פעם המנוע נע את הזווית הקבוע שלו כלומר בבמיקרה שלך 7.5 מעלות וכאשר אתה מתחיל את הסבב מחדש האו ממשיך לנוע עוד 7.5 מעלות
כלומר בסבב של 4 צעדים הוא ינוע 30 מעלות .

זה בדיוק מה שהתכוונתי. הטבלה בהחלט מבהירה היטב כי לזיות שונות יש ערכים בינארים זהים. עכשיו אני הבנתי איך לשלוט על המנוע. תודה.
מצד שני אם המבנה הוא כמו שמצוייר תמיד בשרטוטים למה אני לא יכול להקפיץ אותו לזווית? אני פשוט יוצר מצב שהשדה המגנטי הוא בכיוון מסוים ואז הליבה תסתדר על פי השדה (אם זווית הקפיצה לא גדולה מאוד, והכוח המגנטי לא פועל בניצב לציר הסיבוב של הרוטור- אז לא נוצר מומנט ). האם השרטוט שתמיד מראים (של 4 ליבות המנוע, נימצא גם בקישור שנתת) הינו סכמטי בלבד? לפי הבנתי ההזנות לסלילים השונים אמורות להסתובב עם הרוטור, אחרת קשה לי להבין איך המנוע יודע בהינתן מספר בינאר כלשהוא במבוא, לאיזה זווית לעבור, שהרי למספר זוויות שונות יש ערך בינארי זהה.

1. הסירטוט הוא סכמתי .
2. לכמה זויות יש את אותם ערכים בכניסות .
3. המנוע מיתקדם בכל פעם בצעד אחד , או עם כיוון השעון או נגדו . ולכן הרוטור (החלק שמיסתובב) מרגיש רק את השינויים בשדה המגנטי בצמוד אליו ולא מעבר לכך כך ששינוי בשדה 5 צעדים מימיקום הרוטור לא משנה.

זאת הדרך שבעזרת מעט חוטים מטפלים בהרבה צעדים .
